We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Pharmacy admin team. Working closely with our Medicines Value team and Education, the post holder will play a vital role in helping the Medicine Value team and pharmacy teams to provide the best possible service for patients within East Kent.
This post is designed to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Pharmacy Team working closely with the Medicines Value Team.

Medicines Value Team duties:
Administrative support to the department including Drugs & Therapeutic Advisory Group and Antimicrobial Stewardship group that requires arranging meetings, minute taking, updating action logs and spreadsheets, composing letters
Monitor generic email account; assess all enquires received ensuring queries are appropriately actioned
Maintain and updating spreadsheets
Supporting the Medicines Value Team with administrative tasks such as transfer of information onto electronic platforms, running audit reports
