Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Resourcing Advisor to join our close-knit team at Kent and Canterbury Hospital. You will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience, collaborating closely with managers and candidates to ensure a successful outcome from start to finish.
Main duties of the job
As a Resourcing Advisor, you'll provide invaluable support to managers across various departments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment matters, offering guidance on processes, best practices, and employment law.
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies to issuing contracts of employment.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor the recruitment process accordingly.
- Providing exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and Trust policies.
- Contributing to innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance the recruitment process.
