Job summary
We are searching for an outstanding and committed Ward Manager (band 7) to join Seabathing Ward based at Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital in Margate. Currently our patients consist of general surgical, trauma and orthopaedic patients.
Main duties of the job
- Management of a 32 bedded ward.
- To provide clinical, professional and managerial leadership for a ward based team of registered nurses and healthcare assistants.
- You will ensure a positive patient experience through high standards of patient care.
- You will have 24 hour responsibility for the standards of care in your ward.
