Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Office Manager post within Community Child Health based at Greenbanks Children's Centre, Westfield Road, Garlinge. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent administration skills and a confident approach to management & experience of leadership roles. The candidate should be able to adapt to a changing environment and show confidence , knowledge and experience in the use of hospital based IT systems.

Main duties of the job

To provide comprehensive administrative, clerical and audio typing service to consultants and their teams.

To coordinate patients on the 3+ ASD pathway.

Work in a team based secretarial service providing support for each other and ensuring continuity of the service.

Act as a point of liaison between patients, GPs, other staff and outside agencies.
