Renal Nurse - Band 5 - Fixed Term
Under the supervision of Sister/Charge Nurse is accountable for the total provision, organisation and direction of the nursing care for the patient in his/her care.
Assesses, plans and implements specialised packages of nursing of care to patients as the named nurse.
