Band 7 Senior Sister/Charge Nurse -Emergency Department
The St Helier Emergency Department has received significant investment from our Trusts board to increase our staffing levels within the Emergency Department.
We have been given funding to increase our Substantive numbers of Band 7 Senior Nurses, so we are looking for experienced Emergency Department nurses to come and join our expanding team.
We are a friendly team aiming to provide high quality care.
You need to be an experienced ED nurse ideally with experience in leadership and management.
You will be expected to lead and motivate the team and demonstrate critical thinking in clinical decision making to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff. The trust values; Care, Quality and Commitment must be upheld at all times.
