Cardiac Nurse Specialist - Cardiology Day Unit

Job summary

You will manage the lab and recovery area, liaising with consultant and medical staff, developing and supporting the junior team members. Provide clinical leadership and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

Uphold clinical excellence. Develop nursing team. Ensure environment well maintained. Support senior team in clinical developments and strategic progress.

Main duties of the job

Liaise with consultants, ensure demand and capacity equally matched. Ensuring high clinical standards in accordance with your code of conduct and trust protocols
