Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for assessment, treatment planning and intervention delivery for patients referred to their caseload. The post holder will be required to supervise junior staff, technicians, assistants and students as appropriate. They will be expected to participate in development and monitoring of service standards and to assist in the running of the day to day service, and participate in the weekend working rota.
Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen to join the Epsom and St Helier rotational band 6 team. Our Occupational Therapists work closely with MDTs across a variety of clinical specialities including renal, hyper acute (AMU), stroke, medicine, surgery and care of the elderly.
The role gives an opportunity to develop upon a solid clinical foundation and experience a variety of teams. It also provides developmental opportunities and the ability to support with service development and leadership opportunities.
We have a strong focus on staff support and development, encouraging opportunities for further learning.
