Job summary

Patient Pathway Assistant Band 3

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic part-time PPA to join our Medical Staffing Management team at St Helier. The successful candidate will provided support and work the hours over 5 days of the week with some flexibility.

The post holder will have an eye for detail and be able to calmly cope with short notice escalation of cover for rota's. A flexible approach to work and support of the management team is also required.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the provision of the highest quality doctor/patient care through dedicated administrative and clerical support and continuous improvement.

Based with the Women & Children's management team , the post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative and clerical issues relating to medical staffing rota's, providing support and cover for the service and the preparation of inductions for doctors across the year.
