Band 6 - Clinical Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Business Intelligence department for a confident clinical analyst who can play a key role in the delivery of a comprehensive BI service.
The Team works closely with our clinical and corporate services to make a strong contribution to help us meet our strategic and operational objectives. The Clinical Analyst role covers all aspects of business information and reporting including clinical data and enabling system data.

Main duties of the job
The post-holder will provide a technically proficient, accurate, timely and analytical information reporting service to Medical and Nursing teams. This will include production of the quality dashboards, key performance scorecards, and other reports to support clinical areas of the Trust.

- Demonstrable experience of working with data
- Good Knowledge of NHS Data Standards and data dictionary
- Demonstrable technical skills in SQL and SSRS
- Understanding of basic statistical concepts

- Experience in R Programming
- Experience of working with NHS activity data or other central returns
- Experience in PowerPlatform including PowerBI
- Working knowledge of benchmarking tools (i.e. HED and NHSD dashboards)
