RTT Implementation Manager Band 7
The RTT Implementation Manager will lead the implementation of the new RTT processes we are introducing at Epsom & St. Helier NHS Trust (ESTH) as part of our joint domain EPR programme with St George's and LUNA.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering a programme of activity to socialise new concepts and processes for RTT in advance of the start of formal EPR training, with the overall aim of ensuring that staff are competent and confident with the future state of RTT at ESTH in preparation for going live with our new EPR and LUNA.

- Support the day-to-day efficient and effective operational management of the Performance Team, reporting to the Performance Manager all matters affecting the delivery of core services.
- Respond to operational issues on a day-to-day basis, and ensure issues are swiftly resolved.
- Facilitate effective communication between and across service areas, ensuring that communication systems are in place to support the delivery of safe and effective care to patients.
- Develop initiatives and manage the implementation of projects to modernise services, and improve facilities and working practices to meet organisational and service delivery plans.
- Support the development and implementation of local delivery plans that will meet service needs, and are in line with agreed corporate objectives and priorities.
- Provide visible and highly competent operational management to staff, motivating, enthusing and empowering staff to deliver the best care for patients.
- Support cultural change within the defined service areas by modelling the Trust's service, standards and core values, and listening and acting on patient and staff feedback.
- Act as an ambassador for the Trust at all times.
