1 year fixed term contract
FULL TIME 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK TRUST WIDE WITH FREQUENT TRAVEL TO OTHER SITES
To support delivery for ESTH EPR Program (Electronic Patient Record) for ESTH Trusts including satellite sites across the local health community.
The post holder will be experienced in the co-ordination of administration tasks and activities, supporting the EPR RA Manager. The post holder will be expected to act as an RA agent to provide end users with RA advise and service.
- Work with the RA Project Manager and RA team managers to provide administrative support, such as taking staff members photos, and printing new NHS Smartcards
- Carry out administrative tasks, such as new EPR system registrations, account amendments, and organising of EPR support progress reports.
- Act as an RA agent to produce and assign roles to NHS Smartcards in readiness for Go Live
- update group project work groups
- Manage Team of RA agents
- Provide weekly updates to ICT Director
