Job summary

Sutton Community are seeking a talented and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to deliver exceptional care to patients on a flexible part time basis.

3 days a week 8:30AM- 4:30PM

To start as soon as possible

Main duties of the job

Band 6 Physiotherapist

The candidate must have good experience working with patients with neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis & progressive conditions.
The candidate will need experience in rehabilitation and the management of long term conditions.
Community experience
Experience working with adults & older adults
MDT working
Care driver & car that can use for this post

Desirable:

EMIS trained & have a NHS SMART card

Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
Relevant postgraduate qualifications
HCPC Registration

Knowledge and Skills

Essential

Ability to demonstrate ongoing CPD and the use of evidence based practice
Effective written and spoken communication skills
Proficient in basic Excel and Word

Experience

Must be willing to travel
Experience and full qualifications as a Physiotherapist including the following areas within Physiotherapy:
Community Therapy
MSK
Orthopediatrics
Falls Prevention
Rehab Skills
