The post holder will support the standards of clinical practice, in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
Band 5 Staff Nurse- Swift Ward
Swift is the planned surgical care ward, based at Epsom Hospital, caring for patients undergoing a wide variety of planned surgical operations. We are looking for Band 5 staff nurses to join the team.
We have a high turnover of general surgical patients admitted through our elective pathway and an exciting opportunity has arisen to develop an enhanced care bay for our surgical patients within Swift Ward and to work closely with our colleagues in critical care. Swift Ward has developed close working relationships with the Day Case Unit, Theatres and the high Dependency Unit to deliver high standards of care.
