Are you passionate about people, purpose, and progress? We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Nursery Nurse to join our remarkable Community Perinatal Mental Health Team, where compassion, innovation, and inclusivity are at the heart of everything we do.
We are a dynamic and multidisciplinary team providing specialist perinatal mental health support to women, birthing people, partners, and families across Bristol, North Somerset, & South Gloucestershire.
The team has a shared care ethos, working closely with primary care, maternity services, adult mental health teams, early years' services and independent sector organisations to ensure that women can have access to specialist support, advice, risk assessment and care planning in relation to their mental health needs.

Main duties of the job
- Provide practical and emotional support to help mothers prepare for the transition to parenthood.
- Support partners, siblings, and wider family members prior to the baby's arrival.
- Enhance the attachment and bonding process during pregnancy using current research.
- Support families in understanding the baby's perspective.

- Talking, playing, and interacting with the baby.
- Video interactive guidance.
- Offer advice and support on feeding and promote breastfeeding where possible.
