Job summary
This is an exciting Learning and Development role that will suit an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with a keen interest in developing the best possible use of available learning technologies.
As part of our team , you will use your knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of technology based learning programmes, co-ordinate and deliver IT training to our staff. This will involve both formal and informal teaching and support. Learning solutions include the development of text based user guides, online resources, as well as face to face teaching with staff, both individually and in groups. You will work in partnership with subject specialists to design and develop high quality eLearning content hosted on our Learning Management System.

Main duties of the job
As part of the team, you will offer a blended approach for learning to our staff which incorporates: face to face training, eLearning, virtual, and one to one where appropriate. This will involve both formal and informal teaching and support.

You will work in partnership with subject specialists to design and develop high quality eLearning content hosted on our Learning Management System.
A professional teaching qualification is highly desirable. The post holder will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You must be able to work to tight deadlines and have an adaptable approach to keep pace with constant changes.
