An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Change Manager with Business Analysis skills to join AWP's Information Technology Department.
As part of the Microsoft 365 Project, we are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to provide support to our Trust moving onto a new Microsoft licence model, to both understand the impacts of this to aid decision-making and support the move itself.
You will take a leading role planning and designing our Microsoft 365 offer. Working with cross-functional teams, you will be an advocate for our staff and their needs, championing them at every stage of the project.
As an IT Change Manager your approach shall be flexible and innovative. You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. The candidate should be able to present information to a range of stakeholders in a variety of formats depending on the situation.
It is possible this role may extend beyond July 2025, if funding is confirmed.
Provisional interview dates are 16th August and 19th August 2024
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the discovery of our As Is model relating to IT Accounts and Microsoft licence allocation. You would need to be able to present options available to ensure that staff had an appropriate Microsoft licence under the new model. You would then lead on the To Be licence model for AWP and produce a gap analysis to allow us to navigate the change.
A good knowledge of Microsoft applications and how they could be used to support healthcare staff is beneficial.
You will need to understand the end-to-end implementation of information technology changes, to analyse, document and propose solutions for varied and potentially complex business areas, using a variety of business analysis skills and techniques.
This role will best suit an organised individual with a "can do" attitude and excellent problem solving skills with good attention to detail. It is essential that the candidate has good negotiating skills, is a great listener and is skilled at building positive relationships and dealing with any challenges that could arise.
