Job summary
We are recruiting for Complex Emotional Needs Specialist Practitioners for Swindon recovery team.
These newly developed role offer opportunities for registered nurses, allied health professionals or qualified clinical associate psychologist to join our team to deliver care and service improvements for people seeking support for complex emotional needs (also known as personality disorder).
We are looking for Practitioners with experience of delivering high quality evidence based interventions for service users on the complex emotional needs pathway in a community setting (eg: SCM / DBT / MBT).
We can consider applicants for both full time (37.5hrs) and part time (22.5-30hrs) positions.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will focus on high quality assessment of service users and will also hold a caseload of service users to whom you will deliver evidence based interventions.
You will be required to contribute towards the planning, implementation and review of care alongside a multi-disciplinary team.
Applicants will have a commitment to working with service users creatively towards their identified recovery goals and to promote choice and self-management.
All Specialist Recovery Practitioners will be required to undertake both assessment and care coordination within the team.
There will be opportunity to co-facilitate the SCM problem solving group with an aim to become one of the lead facilitator. You will also carry out post group reviews and support discharge planning
