Specialist Practitioner (Integrated Urgent Care)We're delighted to be recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner (Integrated Urgent Care) to support the work we are doing to reshape how we deliver our services and to move forward our ambitions as a Trust.The Advanced Practitioner (Integrated Urgent Care) is a key role in the professional leadership structure, providing clinical leadership, clinical supervision and governance oversight to Specialist Paramedics and Nurses working in remote clinical assessment of urgent and emergency care. The role will also contribute to the wider clinical workforce development, ensuring that clinical assessment and integrated urgent care is delivered safely and effectively in line with the Trust's clinical strategy.
Utilising the advanced skills and knowledge required of an advanced practitioner, the Advanced Practitioner (Integrated Urgent Care) will deliver an advanced scope of practice through patient assessment, diagnostics, clinical decision making and interventions of the most complex and challenging patients.
Main duties of the job

Reporting to the Consultant Paramedic in Urgent Care, you will have advanced clinical skills aligned to the national frameworks for Advanced Level Practice. You will possess the capabilities of the multi-professional advanced clinical practitioner and deliver across the 4 pillars of advancing practice, in addition to a range of other key responsibilities.

From 01/04/25 If your role needs a DBS you'll be subject to salary deduction totaling £49.50, spread over first and second pay.
