Job summary

We are looking for a band 2 clinical assessment service administration assistant to support the smooth running of the service. This is a full time month post to cover maternity and includes working out of hours, weekends and bank holidays until January 2025Duties include booking patient appointments and ensuring the smooth running of the clinical assessment administration service.Based at our Bernicia House site- NEAS HQ.

Main duties of the job

Booking patient appointments for our clinical assessment service, speaking to patients on the phone. Processing police requests. General admin tasks

Good administration skills, high level of attention to detail, good computer skills, empathy and a good telephone manner are required.
