We are seeking an administrator with the drive, motivation and enthusiasm to be part of a dynamic team responsible for the delivery of a specialist hospital pharmacy clinical trials service.
Administration support will include the completion of all relevant trial documentation, file maintenance, data collection and entry, stock control, controlled temperature monitoring and diary management. The current overall research portfolio consists of approximately 120 open clinical trials, including commercial and non-commercial.
You must have robust interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build a working relationship with others. You will work closely with the NBT Pharmacy Clinical Trials team, the Trust Research & Development team, research staff and trial investigators.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will join the specialist pharmacy team responsible for delivering all aspects of pharmaceutical research in accordance with EU legislation, Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (EU GMP) and all other relevant medicines regulations and ethical requirements.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the Pharmacy Clinical Trials team, to include:
- Completion of all relevant trial documentation
- File maintenance and archiving of trial documentation
- Data collection and entry
- Stock control and dispensing of clinical trial material
- Controlled temperature monitoring
- Diary management/raising awareness to key scheduled dates, meetings and deadlines
To support the Pharmacy Clinical Trials team through liaison with colleagues within the Pharmacy department, members of the NBT Research & Development team, research teams and sponsors and/or their representatives.
