North Bristol NHS Trust is seeking an exceptional Administration Assistant (Band 3) to join our ASCR Senior Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a large and busy clinical division, whilst contributing to the Trust's values: Caring, Ambitious, Respectful and Supportive (NBT CARES).

Main duties of the job

What You Will Be Doing

In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to the Senior Divisional Management Team, including:

  • Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, booking rooms and preparing documentation
  • Producing and distributing simple reports
  • Supporting minute-taking for divisional, HR investigatory and decision-making meetings
  • Maintaining action logs and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Handling sensitive or confidential information in line with GDPR
  • Responding to telephone enquiries and supporting general office processes
  • Assisting with project work, data entry and roster administration
  • Building effective working relationships with colleagues across the Division

This role requires professionalism, discretion and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
