North Bristol NHS Trust is seeking an exceptional Administration Assistant (Band 3) to join our ASCR Senior Management Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a large and busy clinical division, whilst contributing to the Trust's values: Caring, Ambitious, Respectful and Supportive (NBT CARES).
Main duties of the job
What You Will Be Doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to the Senior Divisional Management Team, including:
- Managing diaries, coordinating meetings, booking rooms and preparing documentation
- Producing and distributing simple reports
- Supporting minute-taking for divisional, HR investigatory and decision-making meetings
- Maintaining action logs and ensuring timely follow-up
- Handling sensitive or confidential information in line with GDPR
- Responding to telephone enquiries and supporting general office processes
- Assisting with project work, data entry and roster administration
- Building effective working relationships with colleagues across the Division
This role requires professionalism, discretion and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Desirable Qualities - Experience in a healthcare environment

- Ability to use AI/Copilot tools to improve efficiency
- Experience supporting project administration
