Do you want to be the joint team and clinical lead physiotherapist in a regional specialist Neurosciences & Major Trauma Centre?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician, with proven leadership skills, to join the Neurosciences Team here at North Bristol Trust.
You will be jointly responsible for leading a team of physiotherapists and integrated Therapy Support Workers across neurosurgery and neurology. As a team lead you will seek out opportunities for collaboration with other therapy disciplines, and the wider MDT, in order to improve clinical quality and service delivery across the pathway.In return you will gain access to appropriate support & supervision, training &CPD opportunities.

The PhysiotherapyNeurosciences Team Lead provides clinical leadership to physiotherapy staff and, integrated therapy support workers, working within this regional specialist pathway. The post holder supervises the day to day running of the team and is line managed by the Pathway Lead.

To work as an autonomous, highly skilled clinician, to provide a specialised service of physiotherapy including assessment, treatment, advice and education for patients, carers/families and staff on these wards.

Ensure the Health and Safety of patients, carers and staff during therapy, managing clinical risk by identifying any potential problems and resolving these prior to, during or after treatment.
