We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised administrator to join the busy Endoscopy Dept to work alongside the Nurses. This is an opportunity to work as part of a well-established team which offers a friendly and supportive environment. This post is for 22.5 hours per week and a permanent position.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide administrative support for the Nursing team. The role will include:
To be polite and friendly, dealing with queries in an efficient and timely manner.
To type up return to work discussions and scan to microsoft teams.
To update staff personal records on microsoft teams.
To assist with HR Case Management System (Caseworker).
Typing of histology letters via Dictate.
To book medical query appointments on careflow and cash them up.
To ensure patient and staff personal information is kept confidential and not shared with others.
To follow and adhere to Trust Quick Reference Guides (QRG) or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines.
To carry out adhoc admin work within the department.
