North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) is pleased to advertise the opportunity for two Deputy Heads of Education within the department of Clinical Education and Workforce Development.
The department offers a broad range of clinical education and workforce development programmes and the postholders will be responsible for managing and leading on a dedicated portfolio of education programmes and projects
The Deputy Heads of Education are senior and pivotal roles within the department and will require people who can effectively lead, develop, empower and support a team of Clinical Education Leads and Practice Facilitators.

Main duties of the job
The Deputy Heads of Education will work closely to lead and develop a diverse range of educational programmes, providing support, vision and leadership to clinical education leads. They will also support the Head of Clinical Education to ensure an effective education and training infrastructure is in place for Nursing, Midwifery and APH's to meet the organisational needs and objectives of the Trust, particularly in relation to patient safety and high-quality care.
