We have a permanent Band 5 vacancy and also a 12 months fixed term contract.
Main duties of the job
This role will provide professional HR support on workforce interventions and projects. You will be a key link for managers providing them with coaching and guidance to support them in dealing with complex people issues.
You should have the ability to pro-actively supportshort and long term projects; be able to analyse, interpret and present workforce information to inform team priorities and workforce projects; be adaptable and able to adjust to changing work environment and different ways of working; suggest new initiatives and develop resources.
You should be educated to degree level or equivalent and must be fully/part CIPD qualified or working towards qualification as well as having generalist and/or specialist experience of providing people advice, guidance and coaching to managers at all levels.
