Deputy DivisionalQuality Governance Lead - 9 Month Secondment
We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Band 6 secondment to join the NMSK Divisional Quality Governance team for 9 months.
The post holder will provide support for the quality governance teams across the division and the specialities within it, supporting the divisional management team and the Divisional Director of Nursing to ensure robust governance considerations are integral to the delivery of the North Bristol NHS Trust strategic themes.
Main duties of the job
This role encompasses incident management, risk management, clinical audit and clinical effectiveness programmes, supporting the delivery of an effective, high-quality quality governance and risk management programme across the division, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning.

The post holder will play a key role in assisting the division to identify and define the information needs in order to monitor clinical effectiveness, patient safety and quality outputs of the services provided.
