We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager within our People division to join our team

You will be responsible for attracting and identifying top talent through building professional networks and running effective recruitment campaigns.

You will manage relationships with senior business stakeholders and the delivery of strategic recruitment plans across the Trust, working alongside a team of Talent specialists to deliver volume or specialist roles as needed.

You will need an exceptional understanding of recruitment attraction techniques, including the use of social media, and ability to effortlessly project manage.

Main duties of the job

In this role you will lead the recruitment strategy for key job groups within the Trust including high volume and specialist roles. You will have a passion for delivering a great service to your stakeholders.

This role requires:

  • A recognised expert in Recruitment as evidenced by professional background.
  • Experience of leading recruitment activities across a complex organisation, delivering relevant projects and campaigns.
  • Experience of working with partners and stakeholders to develop strategies and plans that improve recruitment.
  • Experience of utilising available data to write effective reports for key stakeholders to demonstrate impact.
  • Knowledge of the competitive healthcare recruitment marketing and experience within candidate management;
  • Experience of working to and meeting tight deadlines

This is a highly autonomous role that will provide high-quality recruitment strategies for targeted areas across the trust

  • This role primarily sits above the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, planning and creating recruitment strategies based on current and future needs.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to support Trust wide or bespoke divisional activity.
  • To develop and maintain excellent management information for when central reporting is required.
  • Implement recruitment plans through planning and organising of events. Co-ordination of clinical teams to attend or present information
  • Providing a proactive approach to our recruitment strategy and delivering plans and targets for the TA team to implement.
  • Working in collaboration with all resourcing teams to ensure staff are recruited into post as quickly as possible, addressing any blockers, and maintaining a consistently high quality candidate experience.
