Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

Job summary

We are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Occupational Health Advisor to join our Occupational Health and Well being Service.

As a Registered Nurse with a post registration qualification in occupational health and experience working in an occupational health setting you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering the full remit of occupational health services to Humber Teaching Foundation Trust and external customers whom we also deliver services to.

Main duties of the job

The role will involve delivery of a full remit of occupational health services in a hybrid role that can support some site based and home based working.

Delivery of a case management service and carrying a caseload for the purposes of sickness absence management.

Support to the immunsation and health surveillance function of the department.

Support to the SOHA's in the management of blood and body fluid exposure incidents.

Support junior members of the team to ensure best practice is maintained.

Promote multi agency working across the Trust with other clinicians and departments in order to provide a robust occupational health service.
