Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the Learning Disability Service as a Senior Administrator.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous clerical experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibility and is able to organise and prioritise their workload. Senior Administrative Assistant to join our admin team within the Children's & Learning Disability Division. We are looking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic, motivated person to join our administration team.
You will provide administrative support to clinical services within the Division and contribute to the planning and development of the service as a member of the team.
This role is varied and you will need to have the ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative in day to day tasks along with having good communication skills to deal with varying enquiries.

To provide administrative support and advice to the Epilepsy Service wider LD ServiceContribute to planning & development to the Learning Disability Service as a member of the wider team.Contribute to the improvement of effective use of Trust electronic resources to ensure safe and effective processes are embedded and maintainedTo induct & supervise less experienced staff.To work autonomously and develop effective administration support systems, in line with Trust Policies and systems.To be responsible for all aspects of administration of team meetings, minute taking, actions.To be responsible for all incoming emails and correspondence within the generic email accounts for referrals and administration for the learning disability teamTo be responsible for all incoming emails within the generic email accounts for referrals and administration for the learning disability team
