An opportunity has arisen for a well-organised, motivated and ambitious Senior Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude to working as part of the highly motivated, hard-working and committed clinical and administration team in the Prevention, Wellbeing and Recovery service. Candidates will need strong communication skills at all levels and the ability to support with customer facing aspect of the service alongside the day to day performance and operational requirements.

The successful candidates will have the ability to support and maximise the effectiveness of our clinical and administration teams through proactive leadership.

Main duties of the job

Job Role Summary

The post holder will work as an essential member of the Prevention Recovery Wellbeing service and support in delivering an effective, efficient, responsive, and high-quality service.

Provide administrative support to clinical teams and support services within standard administrative and/or reception procedures.

  • Contribute to the planning and development of the service/department as a member of the team.

Work closely with the team to gain the required skills, knowledge and behaviours for the role.

Core Functions

Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, and emails

Answering phone calls and taking messages

Maintaining the storage of files/folders on servers

Recording meeting minutes

Covering reception/front of house

  • Provide information to clients regarding the service offer available
