In this role, you will begin your journey with us on a Band 3 while completing your apprenticeship. You will work closely with the team to gain the essential skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to excel in this position.

If you are driven, forward-thinking, and ready to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you!

Working closely with service managers to coordinate work experience and placement opportunities in line with Trust policy.

Recording and interpreting data to help report on Trust performance.

Supporting staff throughout the onboarding process for work experience and apprenticeship placements.

Working with managers to ensure they understand the processes, expectations, and their responsibilities.

Ensuring all apprenticeship/work experience agreements and documentation are completed and stored securely.

Designing, facilitating, and evaluating workshops on career development topics for internal and external audiences.

Supporting managers in adhering to processes and standards for work experience and apprenticeships.
