You will be working within a dedicated and supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering therapeutic interventions to patients with a range of acute mental health needs. Your role will be essential in helping individuals regain stability and move toward recovery.

Main duties of the job
The Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is a 10-bedded, mixed-sex ward based within Miranda House. The unit has recently undergone significant improvements to enhance the environment, promote patient safety, and increase access to a wide range of therapeutic activities.
As a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting patients who are experiencing acute mental health difficulties. You will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports individuals through crisis and aids their recovery journey.
This role involves 12-hour shifts, working across a 24-hour rota, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Arobust support system is in place for all staff, including: Regular clinical and managerial supervision and Weekly access to reflective practice sessions
