Job summary
An exciting opportunity has risen to be part of the development of the Humber and North Yorkshire Dynamic Support Keyworker Service following it's transition from an NHSE Early Adopter site to a substantive/long term delivery that covers the Integrated Care Board Footprint across the Humber and North Yorkshire. The service is a hub and spoke model with two geographical spokes: One spoke will cover Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and North East Linconshire and the other spoke will cover North Yorkshire and York.
We are interested in getting the right person in post and looking for Senior Dynamic Support Keyworkers who will bring advanced knowledge and experience to build this multi-agency way of working into the development of the service. While it is desirable that there is experience of psychologically-informed approaches and system working there will be opportunity to be trained in AMBIT by Anna Freud Trainers.

Main duties of the job
The Senior Keyworker brings expertise and consultation into the Keyworking Service. This is a non clinical role and we invite applications from across relevant specialisms across either Health, Education, Social Care, Voluntary and Community Sector.
We are looking for a person where you have experience of either lived or working with children, young people or adults with learning disability and or autism or both with the most complex needs. We are also interested in applicants with experience of working with children and young people who are looked after by the Local Authority or adopted children or of experience of supporting young people's transition between services.
As a Senior Dynamic Support Keyworker you may be expected to visit individuals in their home environment, setting or community and to work with local services in those areas. There will be an expectation to attend face to face team meetings at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust Headquaters at Willerby and this be your contractual base however with an expectation of home working in the first instance.
This is a permanent post. You will need to hold a drivers licence and theability to commute across Humber and North Yorkshire with access to the appropriate means of transport would be essential.
