Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking aStrategic HR Business Partnerto join our dynamic People & OD team. This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of our workforce strategy, enabling transformational change, and driving excellence in patient care through people.

Main duties of the job
- Lead on strategic workforce planning aligned to divisional and corporate goals
- Provide expert HR advice on complex change programmes, including TUPE and service redesign
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing workforce decisions
- Deliver high-quality workforce data and insights to inform strategic planning
- Champion inclusive, compassionate leadership and embed the "Being Humber" values
- Collaborate across the Trust to support organisational development and transformation
- Ensure workforce risks are identified and mitigated effectively
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
