Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking aStrategic HR Business Partnerto join our dynamic People & OD team. This is a pivotal role supporting the delivery of our workforce strategy, enabling transformational change, and driving excellence in patient care through people.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, providing expert HR advice and leading Trust-wide workforce initiatives. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a forward-thinking organisation committed toCaring, Learning and Growing.

Main duties of the job

  • Lead on strategic workforce planning aligned to divisional and corporate goals
  • Provide expert HR advice on complex change programmes, including TUPE and service redesign
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing workforce decisions
  • Deliver high-quality workforce data and insights to inform strategic planning
  • Champion inclusive, compassionate leadership and embed the "Being Humber" values
  • Collaborate across the Trust to support organisational development and transformation
  • Ensure workforce risks are identified and mitigated effectively
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Educated to Masters Level in HR Management or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience in a range of areas e.g strategic HR, workforce planning, employment law, leadership, management, finance, employee relations, training and development and organisational development
  • Highly developed specialist knowledge across human resources and organisational/service development needs/priorities
  • Current excellent knowledge of employment legislation, case law and good HR practice

  • HR professional with Significant post qualification experience in a complex organisation
  • Experience of managing complex projects
  • Experience of leading employee relations and workforce aspects of major change/re- structures
