The Hull Community Mental Health Team are looking to recruit a highly motivated Band 2 Admin Support. They will be based within the Locality Adult Mental Health Team in East Hull but may also be asked to work in the West and will be required to deal with calls and enquiries from service users, staff and other agencies on a daily basis. they will be expected to support the team with general administrative issues and support the Senior Administrators with their role and other general office duties
Applicants will be expected to have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and be able to display a high standard of communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Applicants should be self-motivated and a committed team player with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. The ability to prioritise workloads, maintain flexibility in response to change and have a proactive approach to work is important; as is the ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude and use of initiative when dealing with unexpected situations.
The post holder will receive regular supervision and attend relevant training identified through Knowledge and Skills Framework processes and their individual Appraisal.

- Answering phone calls and taking and passing of messages to relevant clinician.
- Preparing and editing letters and emails
- Maintaining the storage of files/folders on servers
- inputting data on System One
- Diary management
- General Office Duties
