The Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an outgoing individual who can work either as part of a team or on their own initiative to join the reception staff at our main base, Willerby Hill.
Good organisation and communication skills are essential for the successful candidate to be able to liaise with a multi-disciplinary team and ensure excellent standards are achieved.
This is a part-time post working 12:00/12:30 till 16:00 every weekday that would also require you to cover holidays, sickness, etc when required.
To provide administrative support and reception duties, and contribute to the planning and development of the department as a member of the team.
To support the Office Coordinator with the introduction of new agile working spaces using the Trust's software to oversee office space bookings.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role include:
- Good organisation and planning skills, using own initiative
- Excellent team player and ability to work on own, using initiative
- Ability to prioritise and process information according to urgency
- Experiencing in managing and maintaining office systems
- Excellent customer care skills
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with patients, staff, visitors and outside agencies
- Able to deal with stressful situations with vulnerable patients, ex service users, members of the public who self-present
- Good listening skills
