An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our admin team in the Children's & Learning Disability Division. We are looking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic, motivated person to join our administration team.
You will provide administrative support to clinical services within the Division and contribute to the planning and development of the service as a member of the team.
This role is varied and you will need to have the ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative in day to day tasks along with having good communication skills to deal with varying enquiries.
The post is Monday to Friday.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role include -
- To provide administrative support to clinical serviceswithin the Division and contribute to theplanning and development of the service as a member of the team.
- To support the operational meetings within the Division by collating documents in preparation for meeting, taking the minutes and distributing them in a timely manner.
- To work closely with the Divisions Personal Assistant/Administrative Officer to complete ad hoc duties as they arise.
- Working days will be Monday - Friday.
