An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit dedicated, enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join an evolving team to provide CBT to the population of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Working as a CBT therapist within the NHS East Riding Talking Therapies you will deliver therapy via telephone, virtual communication and face to face.

We are a Lead Provider of Talking Therapy services in the East Riding and work closely with our partner providers.

Main duties of the job
The Service supports people aged 16 and upwards in the community providing a range of recovery focused Talking Therapy interventions for people with mild, moderate and moderately/severe common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. The service provides a stepped care treatment approach.
The post holder will:
- Manage a specialised caseload of moderate to moderately/severe psychological disorders;
- Make decisions on suitability of new referrals, working to the department's referral protocol;
- Engage in regular clinical and managerial supervision;
- Supported to attend dedicated CPD days from the Bespoke training package;
- Support a diverse population across the East Riding;
- Fulfil supervisor responsibilities.

- Accredited or working towards accreditation with the BABCP
