An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the E-Rostering Team through an E Rostering administration officer position becoming available.
We are looking for an experienced candidate in E-rostering solutions who will work as part of a team to embed efficient and effective Rostering practices, offer expert advice to our end users, deliver systems training and support ongoing projects. As a Trust we are investing in our E-Rostering system and continuing with an exciting roll out project across the Trust to our front facing services.
The ideal candidate would be educated to NVQ or equivalent experience and have experience of using e-rostering, an excellent customer care approach, experience of delivering training, a friendly approachable manner, with IT skills, adaptability, and an eye for detail.
A strong work ethic, desire to learn and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages are essential, as well as experience of using the Allocate Software suite of products is a requirement of this role.
Main duties of the job
As an E-Rostering training and systems officer, you will be a system expert and will work as part of a team responsible for the building, implementation, and training of staff on the E-Rostering system. The role will also include everyday system maintenance and support of the E-Rostering system across the Trusts geographical area.
You will work as part of a team supporting managers and roster leads in our new project, promoting good rostering practice, changes to roster demands, optimisation of current rosters, training staff on how to use the roster system and dealing with day-to-day queries and concerns on the E-Rostering system, Health-Roster.
