Job summary
The purpose of this role is to support the performance management function of the Humber and North Yorkshire (HNY) Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism sector collaborative.
The post holder will be required to work closely with the Head of Performance and Programme Delivery, Finance and Performance manager, and stakeholders across the partnership to undertake assurance processes involving local place, NHSE regional and national teams.
Main duties of the job
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of systems to evidence delivery and impact against agreed outputs and outcomes for the Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism collaborative.
- Play a key role in developing and embedding, with key stakeholders and across the partnership, the performance and quality assurance processes that ensure the programme is effective - developing evidence based quantifiable outcomes with baselines and embedding these approaches in strategies for programme delivery.
- Support the programme in maintaining a high level of data and statistical intelligence relating to key priority areas, performance targets and trends - with a particular emphasis on performance against national planning objectives and reports for operational and strategic partnerships and boards.
- Undertake highly complex, detailed analysis, report on and present information at a range of levels from internal meetings to Executive board level to inform business planning, performance management, and empower a culture of continuous improvement within the partnership.

Essential
- Specialist knowledge of one or more of the following: quantitative analytical skills, PbR, NHS performance regime, or BI technology to postgraduate diploma level or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working with statistical data and information and managing projects involving a high level of statistics.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience of data analysis working at a senior level.
Desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques and tools, such as Prince 2 Foundation and Microsoft Project

- Significant demonstrable experience of performance management in a multi- agency environment
- Significant experience of working in an information role within a health or social care organisation
