NOTE : Candidates without the right to work in the UK should not apply, as we are not providing sponsorship (CoS) for this role.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced CT Radiographer to take a leadership role as Deputy Superintendent of the CT service and team of Radiographers, at the newly developed Ealing Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC).

The CDC, based at Ealing Hospital aims to provide a wide range of imaging facilities with brand new state of the art equipment, serving patients from the London North West Sector. You must have outstanding communication skills and a passion for developing a new service.

Main duties of the job

  • To assist in the day-to-day management of the CT department at the Community Diagnostic Centre, ensuring the service operates efficiently and effectively. The role includes undertaking imaging procedures, providing training and support to radiographers, and contributing to the overall running of the Radiology Department. The postholder will have line management responsibilities and may be required to participate in the Trust's 7-day Radiology Service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining high clinical standards for both personal work and that of the team, and deputising for the CT Lead Radiographer as needed.

  • Undertake clinical work and maintaining high standard of work of own and other members of staff.

  • Deputise for CT Lead Radiographer when required.
