Job summary
Come and join our busy and friendly radiology department at London North West University Hospitals NHS Trust.
The post holder will be required to fully participate in the service provision. You will be required to participate in all out of hours services
The post holder will need to demonstrate expertise and knowledge in Radiology and should hold a cannulating certificate.
Specialty modality experience is essential for this post, but an exception may be made for a suitably outstanding candidate.
The role also requires good communication skills, multidisciplinary teamworking and the ability to supervise and train other staff and students.
You will be expected to work a combination of days Monday to Sunday in and out of hours including nights.

Main duties of the job
To work within a team of radiographic and clerical staff within the Trust.
To provide a high standard of expertise and care, and lead areas of the department in the absence of the Modality Superintendent.
To provide a diagnostic imaging service in areas where trained both in and out of normal working hours and help facilitate learning for students and less experienced staff.Only candidates with the legal right to work in UK will be considered.
