FDP Transformation Lead

Job summary
The post holder is a key member of the Transformation Team at LNWUH to lead on and embed the principles of Transformation and Quality Improvement through the delivery of the Federated Data Platform (FDP) programme. The postholder will actively seek opportunities for improvement within the FDP programme and work with key stakeholders within the Trust across all sites to promote the uptake and delivery of the platform's products.The post holder will be required to support the transformation team to roll out FDP products across all London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWUH) sites and to facilitate the integration of these into everyday practice in order to provide excellent care as standard. They must have an engaging personality, a belief in the need to continuously improve and the methods to enable this. They will be integral to facilitating and overseeing improvement programmes and projects, working with staff to develop projects, targeted support to enable delivery of programmes, harnessing the triple aim of quality, experience and value at their core. Working across all staff groups, and seniority mentoring and coaching individuals and teams around specific FDP initiatives.
Main duties of the job
- Lead and support the delivery of the FDP programme at LNWH, inclusive of planning, training, implementation and post implementation benefits realisation.
- Ensure clear project documentation is in place for all FDP products, such as project plans, risk logs, SOPs, training materials, communications plans.
- Engage and work with clinical and non clinical staff to embed FDP products as BAU in their day to day practice.
- Produce updates and presentations for relevant governance forums on the FDP programme as required.
- Deputise for the Head of Elective & Digital Transformation on FDP related meetings as required.
