Main duties of the job

We're looking for someone who can prioritise workloads with ease, solve problems proactively, and thrive under pressure--all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. You'll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to escalate issues effectively when necessary. While you'll be a vital part of a supportive team, the ability to work independently and use your initiative is equally important.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in the timely delivery of rotas, ensuring the department is always adequately staffed. You'll be responsible for accurately tracking both planned and unplanned absences, such as annual leave or sickness, ensuring records are precise and up-to-date.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to expand their administrative expertise and take the next step toward a career in operations.
