Main duties of the job

Key responsibilitiesPatient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to individual patientneeds, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficacy.Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients'eye conditions, develop individualized care plans, and prioritize patient carebased on clinical urgency.Clinical Procedures: Administer prescribed treatments, assist with andperform specialized ophthalmic procedures, and maintain all ophthalmicequipment.Patient Interaction: Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients and their families,Team Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with themultidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and coordinated patient care.Documentation: Accurately document patient assessments, care plans,treatments, and progress notes in accordance with legal and regulatoryrequirements.
