Job summary
We are looking for a enthusiastic, motivated and reliable full time Senior Receptionist to join our very busy, efficient and friendly therapies department, based at Northwick Park Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have Reception experience and good knowledge of IT. Knowledge and experience of iCS/PAS would be beneficial. The role will be a mixture of front desk, telephone and administrative duties.
Wewelcome experienced NHS receptionists as well as candidates who are willing to learn.
Main duties of the job
To use the iCS/ PAS database system to implement the Departmentoutpatient appointments and other various systems and procedures.- To deputise for the Administration Team Leader in her /his absenceand work closely her/him at all other times, to ensure the smoothrunning of Reception and Administration within the Department. Thisincludes the management and organisation of the therapist's iCS/PAS diaries and classes.- To receive patients, visitors and other callers to the Northwick ParkTherapy Services Department Reception desk with a courteous,friendly and efficient manner. To answer telephone calls made toReception.- To provide clerical support to Reception and the Occupational andPhysiotherapy Department.
