Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and dedicated band 5 Radiographers to join the team at London North West University Hospitals NHS Trust.
We offer linked grade in a department with new equipment, close proximity to both central London and the countryside and opportunity to work cross site
we also offer training in all modalities and have established advanced practice such as PICC line insertions, Radiographer led HSG lists, GI lists and reporting to name a few
Main duties of the job
General responsibilities include:
- To work within a team of radiographic and clerical staff within the Trust
- To provide a high standard of expertise and care, and lead areas of the department in the absence of the Modality Superintendent.
- To provide a diagnostic imaging service in areas where trained both in and out of normal working hours.
- To help facilitate learning for students and less experienced staff
