Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual who will be working with the clinical teams, to develop the service and provide outstanding care for for patients on the cancer pathway.

Individual with fantastic communication skills and a pro-active approach to join our team as the Assistant General Manager for Cancer Services.

Ideal applicant will have operational experience managing cancer service and working Cancer Waiting Times knowledge.

Main duties of the job

Working closely alongside the General Manager and Clinical Leadership team, the post-holder will ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Cancer Services, Oncology and Chemotherapy Unit at Northwick Park Hospital and deputise for the General Manager as appropriate for the Directorate. The post holder will ensure appropriate operational and governance structures are in place, meeting the agreed levels of service required.
